Terms of Service

By booking a tour or excursion with Marrakech Express Tour, you agree to the terms set out below. They form a binding contract between you (the traveller) and us (the tour operator). Please read them in full before you confirm your booking.

When you make a booking for more than one person, you confirm that you have the authority to accept these terms on behalf of every traveller in your group.

Bookings can be made on this website, by email, or via WhatsApp. A booking is only confirmed once you receive a written confirmation from us — typically within a few minutes for online bookings.

• Real-time confirmation — online bookings are confirmed instantly once payment (or pay-later authorisation) succeeds.
• Voucher — your confirmation email is your voucher; please keep it on your phone for pickup day.
• Booking changes — name, date, or pax changes are subject to availability and the timeframes in the cancellation section below.

All prices on the site are per traveller and are quoted in EUR as the base currency. You can switch to USD or MAD using the currency switcher; the exchange-rate is updated regularly.

The amount shown at checkout includes all applicable Moroccan taxes and fees. There are no hidden surcharges. Your card will be charged in the currency you choose.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and most major debit cards via our secure Stripe payment gateway. Payments are encrypted end-to-end and we never store your card details on our servers.

For most tours we offer Reserve now, pay later: your card is authorised at booking but only charged shortly before the tour date. You can cancel free of charge during the window described below.

We want you to book with confidence. Our standard policy is:

• Full refund if you cancel at least 24 hours before the tour start time.
• 50% refund if you cancel between 12 and 24 hours before the start time.
• No refund for cancellations less than 12 hours before the start time, or no-shows.
• Some premium itineraries have a longer cancellation window — always shown on the tour page before checkout.

Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

Each tour states whether pickup is included and which areas it covers. Most desert tours include pickup from any hotel or riad within the Marrakech medina, Gueliz, and Hivernage zones.

Please be ready at the meeting point or pickup address at least 5 minutes before the agreed time. We will wait 15 minutes; after that, no-show rules apply.

Our guides have the final say on all safety decisions. They may modify or shorten any activity if they judge it unsafe for the group.

• Please respect local customs, dress codes (modest in religious sites), and traditions.
• Behaviour that endangers others, or that is disrespectful to your guide or fellow travellers, may result in your removal from the tour without refund.
• Drugs are illegal in Morocco. We do not tolerate possession or use during any of our activities.
• Tell your guide about any medical condition, allergy, or dietary requirement at the start of the tour.

Most of our tours involve sustained driving, walking on uneven terrain, and exposure to heat and altitude. Each tour page lists its difficulty level. If you are unsure whether a tour suits you, please email us with your concern before booking.

Children must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Some activities (camel riding, quad biking) have age and weight limits stated on the tour page.

We sometimes take photos and video on tour for promotional use. If you do not want to appear in any of our marketing materials, please tell your guide on the first day — we will respect that without any fuss.

We act with reasonable care and professionalism at every step. To the extent permitted by law, our liability to you is limited to the price paid for the tour. We are not responsible for loss caused by third parties (hotels, restaurants, independent activity providers) or by events outside our reasonable control.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Before going to court, we ask you to email us and give us a chance to resolve the issue amicably — most things can be sorted out with a single phone call.
