You can book directly on this website, via WhatsApp, or through GetYourGuide and Viator. For a custom trip, just send us your dates and preferences and we'll come back with an itinerary and a price, usually within two hours.
Most of our tours are private — just you, your travel companions, and your dedicated born-and-raised local guide, never grouped with strangers. We also run a few shared small-group departures (clearly marked shared) for travellers who prefer a lower price.
Our guides speak English, French, Spanish, Arabic and Berber. Italian and German-speaking guides are available on request — tell us when you book so we can assign the right person.
Private transport, a professional local guide, and the activities listed on each tour. Multi-day tours also include accommodation and most meals. Flights, travel insurance, drinks and personal spending are not included.
Yes — Morocco is one of the safest countries in Africa for travellers, and with our experienced local guides you'll feel welcome throughout your journey. Your guide stays with you for the whole trip, and we're reachable on WhatsApp at any point during the tour.
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before departure, for a full refund. After that, or for no-shows, the booking is non-refundable. Hot air balloon flights cancelled by us for weather are always refunded or rescheduled.
March to May and September to November are the most comfortable: warm days, cool nights, clear skies. Summer in the desert is very hot in the middle of the day, and winter nights in Merzouga get cold — the camps have heavy blankets and heaters. We run tours all year round.
Layers, closed shoes for the dunes, a scarf for the wind, sunscreen, a power bank and a little cash for tips and small purchases.
Yes, families are very welcome and the desert camps have family tents. Child rates and car-seat needs depend on the tour and the ages — message us on WhatsApp with your children's ages and we'll confirm the exact price.
You can pay securely online by card through our encrypted checkout. On most private tours a deposit confirms the booking and the balance is settled at the start of the tour. We never store your card details.
Travellers from the EU, UK, US, Canada, Australia and many other countries can enter Morocco visa-free for up to 90 days with a passport valid for at least 6 months. Rules change, so please check with your own country's foreign office before you travel.
Desert tours run in almost all conditions — your guide adapts the timing. Hot air balloon flights and mountain roads are the two exceptions: if it isn't safe, we reschedule you for the next available day or refund you in full.
